No. You pay the monthly price for your plan and nothing else. What a client pays you is yours, whatever the invoice is worth.
You set the schedule once: a note a few days before the due date, a firmer one after it passes, and a last one a fortnight later. Every reminder stops the moment the invoice is paid, so nobody is chased twice.
Yes. Bill in pounds, euros or dollars, with the rate held on the invoice so the total does not move between sending it and being paid. Exports come back in your own currency.
Yes. Give them a read-only login of their own, or schedule a monthly CSV export. Nothing is locked in and nobody has to share a password.
You export the lot, invoices and clients, as CSV and PDF. It is a button in the settings rather than a support ticket, and we keep no claim on your records.
